OTTR is dedicated to the innovative use of medical information technologies to improve patient care, workflow management and operating efficiencies for our health care clients. We help clinicians manage a lifetime of high-quality data for every patient under their care.

OTTR is led by a team of knowledgeable veterans with years of experience in this industry — including nine transplant RNs and two transplant hospital administrators.

Matt Hunter

Matt Hunter, MBA

Co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer

Matt applies his business and technical experience to leading technical teams and overseeing the design and development of new products. His deep understanding of current technology and passion for improving product execution help OTTR deliver software solutions that meet the evolving needs of transplant clinicians. Matt brings over 15 years of software development experience in web, enterprise and mobile environments. He has also driven business performance at NovoLogix, Physicians Mutual and ConAgra Foods.

Mike Donnell, MHA

Co-CEO and Chief Marketing Officer

A leader in the transplant community for over 15 years, Mike has an extensive knowledge of the clinical transplant space and the business requirements of CMS-compliant programs. He has served as vice president of transplant networks at United Resource Networks/OPTUM, vice president of transplant services at Baylor and, most recently, as chief administrative officer at the Keck Hospital of USC Transplant Institute.

Michelle Foley, RN

Chief Operating Officer

Michelle manages the delivery of all software, software extensions, implementation, configuration, quality assurance, workflow and education services for OTTR’s products. Her medical background includes extensive experience as a registered nurse in cardiology and bone marrow transplant.

Jennifer Oehlerts, CPA

Chief Financial Officer/Human Resources

Jennifer oversees all finance and accounting activities of OTTR, managing the day-to-day fiscal health and growth of the company. She is also responsible for OTTR’s human resources policies and procedures. She has experience as a corporate controller with both privately held and private equity portfolio companies. In addition, Jennifer spent nearly 10 years in the mergers & acquisitions group of a Fortune 500 company. Her superior research and recruiting skills help her identify top talent to support OTTR’s mission and company values.
